Core Services
How we support clients
Every service below is delivered with the person's goals, strengths, and circumstances at the center.
Basic Living & Social Skills
Interpersonal communication, community resource use, budgeting, shopping, healthy lifestyle maintenance, symptom management, household management, and employment-related skills — delivered through individual and group sessions.
Individual Treatment Plan
A client-centered approach. We set tailored goals with the person, and — when it helps — with family and community supports, so progress is measurable and meaningful.
Functional Assessment
We build strong, trusting relationships as the foundation for thorough evaluations. Those evaluations inform personalized treatment plans that reflect real life, not a checklist.
Community Intervention
We take a collaborative approach — working with agencies, employers, landlords, and family members to address the barriers that keep clients from fully participating in their community.
Medication Education
Qualified professionals help clients and families understand medication regimens, manage adherence, and make informed decisions about their care.
Transition to Community Living
Comprehensive support for clients moving from hospitals or regional treatment centers into community settings — so the transition holds and clients keep moving forward.
What to expect
The first few weeks
We know starting services can feel like a lot. Here's how the first part usually goes — so there are no surprises.
First call, not a commitment
We'll talk through what you need, what ARMHS covers, and whether it's the right fit. No pressure either way.
Meet where it works for you
Sessions happen at home, in your community, or wherever practice feels real. We come to you.
A plan built around you
Your first sessions focus on understanding your story, your goals, and the supports already in your life. The treatment plan follows from there.
